SMS Terms

RezCafé sends informational text messages to volunteers who opt in. Messages may include reminders about upcoming volunteer shifts, schedule changes, substitute or coverage needs, and other service-related RezCafé updates. The program is not used for marketing.

Opting in

You may opt in at RezCafe.org/text-reminders by entering your name and mobile number and selecting the unchecked consent box. Consent is not a condition of volunteering or receiving any other RezCafé service.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your schedule and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. RezCafé does not charge a separate fee for these messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any RezCafé text to stop receiving messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email robb.robins@gmail.com.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier, device, and network availability.
